Busy Fingers wishes to sincerely thank all the sponsors of our recent fundraising event.

The concert featuring Michael Fix and supported by Sam Shepherd was a great success, the evening was most enjoyable and all those who attended agreed that Michael is a great guitarist and a very entertaining and talented performer. Sam Shepherd also  is a great guitarist who delighted us with some of his own compositions.

We also say a giant  thank you to  Phillip and Jan Williams who arranged this event and secured the sponsors.

We also sincerely thank Trevor Keys who donated his time to ensure stage lighting and effects went smoothly and Gary Parsons for securing the Recreation Hall for the concert and also agreeing to a new occupation of  auctioneer during the interval raising much needed funds for Busy Fingers.

We sincerely thank these businesses who helped to raise much needs funds for the Island Community.  The auction raised over $800,  sincere thanks to those who gave vouchers for the  auction. A special thank you to Bridgestone for their generous one year labour voucher valued at $988.

We would also like to thank the donations for our raffle –  Crane Wines for the generous voucher of B&B for 2 couples value $540,  and Woolworths and Blue Pacific Hotel who donated vouchers for 2nd and 3rd prizes.

Once again we sincerely thank all these generous businesses who helped make this night a success.
